Madonna is bringing fans back to one of her most beloved eras with a brand-new project celebrating the 30th anniversary of her 1994 album Bedtime Stories. The music icon has announced the release of Bedtime Stories – The Untold Chapter, an EP packed with remixes, alternate versions, and previously unreleased demos that showcase a fresh side of the classic record. The collection arrives on November 28 and promises a nostalgic yet revealing journey into the pop legend’s creative process.
The eight-track EP offers listeners a deeper dive into Madonna’s mid-’90s sound, with new interpretations of fan favorites like “Secret” and “Human Nature,” as well as demo versions of “Don’t Stop.” Also included is a rare “short mix” of “Freedom,” recorded during the Bedtime Stories sessions but only released years later on a 1997 charity album. Together, these versions highlight the musical experimentation that defined Madonna’s transition from bold provocation to sensual introspection during that period.
Perhaps the biggest draw for fans is the long-awaited debut of her unreleased demos — songs that have circulated in rumor for decades. Tracks like “Right on Time,” “Let Your Guard Down,” and “Love Won’t Wait” (later recorded by Take That’s Gary Barlow in 1997) will finally see the light of day. The release gives fans a glimpse into Madonna’s studio archives, capturing a moment when she was redefining her artistry and pushing pop’s emotional boundaries.
The EP will be available across multiple formats, including digital, vinyl, and a two-disc CD edition paired with the remastered Bedtime Stories album. Collectors can also look forward to a special silver vinyl reissue launching the same day. To give fans an early taste, Madonna has shared the original demo of “Right on Time,” a track that reveals the softer, more reflective tone of the era.
Bedtime Stories – The Untold Chapter follows Madonna’s recent revival of her unreleased Veronica Electronica remix album, a long-shelved companion to Ray of Light. With her 2026 album also in the works after reuniting with Warner Records, this new EP signals that the Queen of Pop is once again opening her vault — and inviting fans to rediscover the magic of a defining chapter in her legendary career.
