The performance felt less like a traditional halftime show and more like an extended cultural celebration, blending high-energy choreography with Spanish-language music and strong cultural symbolism. For many viewers, it stood out as one of the most immersive halftime performances in recent memory.
Bad Bunny’s selection as the halftime headliner sparked discussion almost immediately. As a Latin artist whose music is largely performed in Spanish, his appearance came at a time of heightened political and social tension in the United States. Whether praised or criticized, the performance clearly made a statement, both through its presentation and the messages woven into the show.
