Legendary Beatle Paul McCartney is set to return to North America in 2025, launching a brand-new run of shows as part of his long-running Got Back tour. The trek kicks off on September 26th at the Santa Barbara Bowl in Santa Barbara, California, marking McCartney’s first North American tour since 2022.
The tour will span 21 dates across the U.S. and Canada, including stops in major cities such as Las Vegas, Denver, Minneapolis, San Antonio, New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Montreal, and Chicago. For fans eager to catch McCartney live, the tour will wrap up with a two-night finale at Chicago’s United Center on November 24th and 25th.
Adding to the excitement, McCartney will also perform in places he has never played before, including Albuquerque, New Mexico and Palm Springs, California. These new stops highlight his ongoing commitment to reaching audiences who may not have seen him live during previous tours.
The announcement follows a busy year for McCartney. Earlier in 2025, he played a rare set of intimate shows at the Bowery Ballroom in New York, coinciding with his SNL50 appearance. More recently, he surprised fans with appearances at an Oasis concert in Los Angeles — calling the show “fabulous” — and even lent his voice to Spinal Tap’s reimagined track “Cups and Cakes.” On top of his musical projects, McCartney is set to release a new book this November chronicling the history of his post-Beatles band, Wings.
With decades of hits from The Beatles, Wings, and his solo catalog, this tour promises a career-spanning setlist that celebrates one of music’s most enduring legacies. For fans across North America, McCartney’s 2025 return is more than a concert series — it’s a chance to witness history in the making.
